Mate, we won ISP and the interstate cup. What more do you want from them?
People criticising need to remember that there are so many changes in a trial match, and you really have to see a few games before you can absolutely say a player is shit. I mean this was our first game offooty in 4 or 5 months.

I think Olive should be sacked for bringing the defence into disrepute

 

Don't understand why anyone is worried about anything other than who starts in centre and we a short one really good prop. Made Canberra look like a wooden spoon in the first half.

Foz looks a million $$$
Lewis will one day become a KING!
Coggar and Meaney = good buys.
RFM back from injury looks really good. His d was awesome on that right edge, though still think he will be a menace through the middle.
Lichaa over JMK anyday, hope Lichaa can become a 80min hooker cause JMK is a waste of a bench spot.
Tolman and Napa will be a good pair. We lose nothing with Napa and if anything we get a better roll on with quicker play the balls.
Bench is mind boggling.
Backline looks the goods. Meaney could become a good FB but Hoppa is just too strong there.


Based on that summary, the team...

Hoppa - Will go close to FB of the year.
Crighton - Didn't get much ball but looks dangerous, worried about hands maybe.
Holland - I don't like him but cemented his spot. Key KPI, keep defending well.

Harper - Only bloke that wrapped up Tapine on a few occasions. Kid can hit a stick.
Smith - I wish we had another 2 of him.
Foz - Don't break down, PLEASE don't break down.
Lewis - Keep going kid.
Tolman - Looking mobile bruz
Lichaa - Looking sharp
Napa - Big Papa looking the leader
CHN - Too good to leave him on the bench.
RFM - Good comeback dude, still think you should become our missing prop.
Jacko - Strong on the edge but damn he should be in the middle


Sue - For now, gassed out quick for a bloke that's training the house down.
Fualalo - Looks good enough for a bench spot
Martin or Eliiot - Hard to choose.
Ogden or RT - As above​

 

I thought I was the only one who thought this. I don’t get the fuss about him. I think Chris Smith offers more of an impact and gets more involved and his hands dirtier.

CHN has showed nothing. Nothing in the Allstars game and nothing in this trial.

 

Montoya played well today and probably will get first opportunity at centre

That try for R Smith was down Montoya defensive read and pressure

Anyone else think that JJ has found a few yards of speed? He looked great out wide and almost made a clean break from his pace.

I acknowledge their achievements last year, but today was utter garbage from them. I’m sorry if you take offence to this but it’s an undeniable admission.
