Just thinking the bulldogs should look at having a better roster manager which includes junior talent for the future and also bring in the best junior coaches

I first thought that you were been funny, but then there is always room for improvement.
Gus has been employed to do that job, however I would also like to see T baz been given the job as his assistant, if willing
Mr. Nice guy has managed to get us some good recruits, (a few not so good ones), but then as the saying goes beggers can't be chooses
I believe Mr. nice guy would be a very good foil for Gus and might eventually take over, since he is much younger.
