showing my age 60s Les johns or Jonny Greaves.

70s Garry Dowling ....
The 70's is hard to pick - a few rep players but no real standouts for any length of time. Bob McCarthy was probably the best player we had, but was past it a bit when he joined us and only stayed a couple of years.. Have to agree with Dowling as the best though. Always held his own in an era of great fullbacks and was my first Berries hero as a young bloke..

Turvey
Lamb
SBW
Barba

Most dynamic in each of their era's despite the last 2 being sellouts.

These guys were the guys that fans would quite often think of when they thought "game changer".

Who would be the best players of the 60s and 70s?

Hoping some of the older people drop some Bulldogs lore on us
Turvey the best player of 70's and 80's by a country mile. 60's before my time but most fans of that era would say Les Johns who is generally regarded as our greatest player after Turvey and Baa.

How about best short term wonders of each decade? Seriously good players that for one reason or another were only at the top with us for one or two season.

80s Conlon
90s McGrady
00s JT
10s Barba

70's I'd guess George Peponis or Steve Mortimer?

Can't argue with the no-one good enough for the 10's era however maybe Jackson for trying singlehanded to keep us going through this terrible time? Think the bloke has carried us that long now that he's destroyed his own form.
