You’re hard to please mateNone of those are great achievements.
Can you suggest alternative people, strategies and outcomes that would’ve landed us in a significantly better place?

No I can't, all I can do is make observations on what has and is going on and make a judgement. They've been slow and have done nothing out of the ordinary. You’re hard to please mate

Fair enough they got voted out for messing up, but what the members think isn't always right and it's entirely possible they could've cleaned the mess they created. The members said they couldn’t when we voted them out. They were the ones that fucked up remember so zero faith for them to fix it.
You need to remember there needed to be a clean out of Hasler’s, Castle’s & Dib’s staff and friends. The election was only weeks before the season started. What organisation sacks everyone in one hit and who do you replace them with overnight? What specialist coaching are you referring to that weren’t there last year?
Shifty was there last year. Don’t forget we also had to pay Hasler out. You can’t flick all the staff under contract and pay them outFair enough they got voted out for messing up, but what the members think isn't always right and it's entirely possible they could've cleaned the mess they created.
Again with the excuses. They've been here for years and we're the fucking Bulldogs, shit needs to get done quick smart. Clubs have gutted and replace numerous staff far quicker than this, this lot simply haven't been anywhere near aggressive enough do get things done, and even when things do get done it's just a mate getting a job or someone else getting a new role.
Specialist coaching? Halves with shifty, backs with AFL, etc. These were things that needed to be addressed from the get go, not slowly introduced over years.
Money is the main issue. I know I sound like a broken record but people are still overlooking that. Hardly anyone has signed for another club for 2021 and not 2020 and there are 15 other clubs. Be patient
Feel free to quote me in 2022 mate. It’s January 2020 nowNatboy - 2022 be patient
He was barely there last season, was he even there for preseason? Also if he never replayed for the dogs would he have the role? Just curious. Everyone hired these days seems to be an ex dog or a mate.Shifty was there last year. Don’t forget we also had to pay Hasler out. You can’t flick all the staff under contract and pay them out
Well it’s good you can admit that you don’t have alternative suggestions - most taking the same view avoid the question. No I can't, all I can do is make observations on what has and is going on and make a judgement. They've been slow and have done nothing out of the ordinary.
I don’t see that as a bad thing, especially after trying to bring Manly into our club ended in tears in so many ways.He was barely there last season, was he even there for preseason? I don’t see why using Canterbury former players is such a bad thing? Much rather that than a bunch of Manly, Parra who even worse any Rorter players getting gigs with us. Happy for expertise to come from OS or other sports like Union or even Mario ball if they have something to improve us.He was barely there last season, was he even there for preseason? Who give a shit, the right person for the job is the right person for the job, having a connection to the club should carry that much weight in decision making.I don’t see that as a bad thing, especially after trying to bring Manly into our club ended in tears in so many ways.
Shifty wasn’t available as much as the club wanted for personal reasons

Should only sign Chinese people from now on, too many whites and islanders at clubs like Parra, Roosters, etc.I don’t see why using Canterbury former players is such a bad thing? That’s not what he told meI think i read somewhere he was doing off his own bat, so no time, until they started paying him recently, i am sure he would have been more available last year if they paid the bloke
We didn’t just bring in Hasler though did we? You mentioned other clubs have done a complete clean out faster than us. Which clubs?Who give a shit, the right person for the job is the right person for the job, having a connection to the club should carry that much weight in decision making.
The Hasler thing is a stupid argument imo, the mess up was Hasler gambling on the game heading a certain direction and failing to admit his mistake when it was clear it wasn't going to happen, the club also overcommited and made matter worse. How the fuck someone like Grimaldi is still at the club is absolutely beyond me.
We literally did it when we brought Hasler over, don't need to look any further than that.We didn’t just bring in Hasler though did we? You mentioned other clubs have done a complete clean out faster than us. Which clubs?
That was part of the problem with doing things so quickly though. It ended in disasterWe literally did it when we brought Hasler over, don't need to look any further than that.
That was absolutely not the problem, bloody hell. Okay Roosters 2013, oh but I already know your reply will be something something Roosters are cheats. That was part of the problem with doing things so quickly though. It ended in disaster
I know you’ve defended Hasler and his entourage but I will always disagree with you there. I don’t remember what staff the roosters sacked in one go. If only we had their money and contacts heyThat was absolutely not the problem, bloody hell. Okay Roosters 2013, oh but I already know your reply will be something something Roosters are cheats.
