A lot of people are promoting players like Staines, Burton and Schuster. I agree they show promise.
However, they are just boys. We all know about promoting boys who are not ready for NRL. We tried that.
All the promise they have shown is because of another players effort.
They are still learning and wont be at their top for probably 3 years.
We need established NRL quality players, not boys.

Spot on ,I reckon even nasheed,would look good in that Penrith backline.

Ok thanks, why wouldn’tBenji be 7 until Burton returns ? He’s close to retirement but he organises well and has a good kicking game. I do however have a question mark over his D though.

That storm prop is ok too but Maguire has something we lack and could really do well and suits our brand. Mongrel.
Thompson, RFM, Maguire, toomaga and Napa could be the best front row/lock combo in the league
