I can't grow a beard even if I try. Facial hair gets about 0.5-1cm long and then pretty much stops growing.

So it's an unkept mess and looks like someone glued pubes to my face.

As such I have to stay clean shaven.

Bit over a year I'd say. I can grow facial hair pretty easy and fast.

When growing a beard there is always a point where it gets annoying and looks shit but once you persist past that point you are on your way.

lol I've left my stubble grow over a month before now... it literally gets to about 1cm long and then the facial hairs go "nahhh fuck this we are bored now", and that leads to clogged hair follicles.

I was talking to the wife about it tonight and she nailed it "when you try and grow a beard it looks like the facial hair of someone from SE Asia".
