Gus talks everyone up that we aren't signing, at the least it can mean other clubs chew through more of their own cap. He has also said publicly that Galvin shouldn't be put under too much pressure at this age, and you don't get much more pressure than a 7 figure contract.

I take it to mean we won't be signing any on overs, and so far we haven't. Don't miss those days, DWZ is still the comps highest paid winger because of the last contract we gave him.

It means he will be working hard on his game to get better each day. All of the greats had this passion for the game. Given he has a big frame and already good skill ..he will develop nicely.
