ATM I am on Optifast shakes. Breakfast sucks, and lunch and dinner. I would kill for meat at the moment. Feeling Feral.

Have put on 25kg since I gave up smoking 6 years ago.

I hate my meals at the moment but I don't want to end up on the biggest loser either.

It's a killer, isn't it?

I was 80kgs and anyone would tell you that a mild wind would have snapped me in half. When I gave up smoking I gained about 30kgs in a month.

Down to 105kgs now. I think I'll be happy at about 95-100kgs.

Yeah mate, for all it's supposed faults for not being fast-paced enough it's a great place as far as cities go. I live about 15 mins away from Scarborough, that's a nice beach. They are gradually trying to turn that place into a trendy turdhole unfortunately.
There are a fair few things to do here without the hassle of being a huge city that is a pain in the arse to get around in.
