Yeah. I hate bringing it up after three wins because Josh is such a valuable member of our squad, but they both come off contract at the end of 25.. still time for us to monitor the situation, but I reckon there will be other recruiters paying attention to Blake's performances.
 
as others have mentioned the dogs would put fox first and will use wilson as a back up/interim player/cover injuries imo

Agree, once I viewed his highlights reel when we signed him I was reeled in.
I know highlights are suppose to be good, but you could see the effort in his runs all the time, bouncing off tackles and pinballing around with nice footwork.

Stand by 2 points I've made about him:
1. He's better value than Fox
2. He could play easily play wing for QLD in a few years
 
There was a push for Skelton to play but I doubt he would of done what Blake did last night, big performance.
 
Over the next years or so as Wilson develops into a more seasoned 1st grader, I feel he’s going to be an absolute weapon for us.

Love the Fox, but I see Wilson as probably being a big piece of the sustained success the clubs working towards, surely they‘d never let another club steal him away ..

horrible decision, glad I don’t have to make it as The Fox was one of the first to put his career on the line and join our club when it was at its worst, some of the try’s he scored at least made that time bearable ..
 
The club are easily going to chose Wilson over Fox when it comes to that time. We’re not run by idiots who will make the wrong decisions anymore. He could of jumped ship and gone to Parra knowing he would probably knock down a spot easily but he stayed when we were really struggling last year.

Career defining game for Wilson suppose we gotta back Ciraldo Skelton probably doesn’t fit the system as well. Sometimes it’s not because your not good enough which is evident in Skeltons case, it’s what benefits the side. Really don’t want to see him go but at the same time Wilson is neat and is an all rounder.
 
Does anyone see Wilson maybe being our future FB ? Or purely a winger ?

I've been pissed Johnston hasn't been scoring more tries. The sooner he breaks the record, the easier this move will become when the tough call needs to be made.

He could do a good job at fullback as he's played their all through grades. But looks at home on the wing in FG.
