Watched him play last week.

Still got it...a lot less than at his peak with us and then Des stuffing him around with very few minutes, but runs back quick into the defensive line

Highlights the horrible recruitment and retention by DES. Lane , Finucane and Taupau in particular were bad decisions. None of these 3 guys were chasing big $$$ and all looked great . Cook as we know has turned out to be a major gaffe, but he had not showed his true potential with us at the stage he left.

You didn’t just write that last sentence did you?
You couldn’t see the massive difference between him and Lichaa when cook played the last seven games for us when Lichaa was injured?
Did you watch his first game as starting 9 for us against souths when he killed it?
Did you watch the game against Newcastle when he took it from dummy half 50m out, carved up their middle and scored a brilliant individual try?

Not sure what was going on inside Des’ head when he let him go.

I mourned for 3 days when I found out we let him go.

This is when Mr Dib needed to step in and say sorry Des, we’re not letting him go.

Yes he did, its just that Des didn't want that type of player in his team
