No big surprise, Bellamy without his threesome IMO would be a mediocre coach at best. Without Cam Smith Bellamy's win loss record is very poor to say the least.Source
Based on the implications of the story linked to above, he is set to take up a new role as the next Bond...
Spot onDeserting the sinking ship
He also has the worst win rate during origin time as wellWell you only have to look at his representative coaching stats to get an idea of his coaching prowess.
NSW coach 2 wins, 7 losses, 22% success rate
Country coach 1 win, 2 losses, 33% success rate
Not great reading.
I heard Bellamy talking on the radio, he sounded well and truly over it. I can understand not wanting to start again at a new club, imagine how tiring that would be.he may have second thoughts when the retirement comes closer tbh, things change like malthouse saying that he would never coach against collingwood
yeah im not questioning that he is over it today, but who knows how he will react after a year or 2 sitting around or going fishingI heard Bellamy talking on the radio, he sounded well and truly over it. I can understand not wanting to start again at a new club, imagine how tiring that would be.
we can make some judgements for the rest of his contract, this is a very challenging time the big 3 are in declinea very good decision for himself. We will never know tho if he is truly a good coach without the likes of smith, coops and slater.
