My mate dropped off lamb shoulder, wings and tiger prawns for me to cook up on the bbq today.

Gonna enjoy the test and a case of lashes along with it.

Covid isolation isnt so bad after all

So I've been waiting for 'the after' photo.
Haha. It's actually kinda still in progress. I ended up resting it until morning after a long drunken cook, then shredded it in the morning and basted it up with BBQ sauce and some other stuff. And now it's sitting in the fridge because I haven't had time to finish it off.

Side note, I ended up making philly cheesesteaks for dinner using some hanger steak I picked up. Turned out awesome.

Hi guys.
Yesterday's cook was bbq baby back pork ribs.
Smoked using hickory chunks.
Seasoned with butchers axe ranger rub.
Glazed with my own glaze made up from butter, honey, brown sugar, sweet baby rays bbq sauce and a touch of fuck me that's hot, hot sauce for a touch of heat.
End result speaks for itself.
