Meh - you can get bacon just about anywhere else. I’m happy to sacrifice it for a few days given Malaysia has so many other great food choices. Food heaven here.

That's an awesome idea I stupidly never thought of trying. Funny thing is that when I use a certain type of natural coal wood chunks, the chimney becomes a jet engine. It could make for an amazing sear.
