She thinks she got me as another real estate rang for a reference.. I told my real estate property manager to say she is mother Teresa!! Kick that mongrel bastard renter down the road! My exact words

Guess he couldn't deal with a mongrel landlord any more.

Poor bastards probably need therapy now after your harassment

Kaz, i have the perfect place for you to go for a swim… you will be free to swim along with other renters with the sea creatures.. just one small issue… I’ll be flying over in my helicopter sitting down.. see the photo from my seat attached
Your attempt at being funny are as bad as your moaning threads, no, actually it's worse

No such thing.. landlords give renters a roof over their head.

If there were no landlords where would renters sleep? On the street?

Sounds like being a landlord isnt for you. Invest in the stock market, stocks dont have dogs

If there were no renters then there would be no landlords.

More houses would be available and be more affordable, so renters could afford their own homes.

I doubt it. There are people fortunate enough to become landlords due to hard work and smart saving making sacrifices along the way.

Then there are those who are unlucky with money and their only option would be to rent.

The main reason we have more renters now than ever is because the price of homes here in through the roof thanks to foreign investors, and 3-4 families who put their savings together to buy one house for them all - each family living in one bedroom (going up against singles/couples in auctions).

That's the reason why many young people are leaving the city and going to regional areas where it's more affordable to buy.

You can doubt it all you like but it is simple economics.

It is all about supply and demand that create the market pressures

Supply and demand doesn't come into it when there are people who don't know how to manage their money.

There are guys who I used to go to school with who live in rent. These same guys turned up to school back in the day with a 20 year old car, latest mobile phone, and whatever else was cool back then. They spend spend spend because they don't know any better.

Fast forward, and all the sacrifices I made back then see me own 2 houses, a granny flat and an apartment. 3 of them are leased. Plus we have plans to level one and rebuild.

That does not come down to supply and demand. It comes down to being educated and looking at the bigger picture.

Supply and demand are God in a market economy.

Everything else is secondary.

Why would they throw maccas at their own house? The landlord owns the house not you the renter!

Otherwise landlords would Be busting down doors and choking out their renters everywhere.. only problem is we don’t wanna bust down our own doors..

Maybe throw food scraps at the renters cars

OMG WONT SOMEONE THINK OF THE HUNGRY RENTERS

Actually there would be.. landlords with empty homes just waiting for the capital growth.. landlords with holiday homes…Landlord would still exisit

But with out landlords, renters would be homeless… so you renters better start showing some respect or we jack up the prices on you

Did you come last in the class for economics? How are the renters creating market pressure for housing? They not buying! If they could manage their money they would add to the demand and force prices further up.. their drinking/smoking /gambling money mismanagement is keeping property proces low

There was a guy at the gym and he says he sold his car, working two jobs and said he wants to get out of rent cycle and buy a home.. he kept saying he was saving hard.. no drinking or smoking etc.. I gave him my approval for his efforts…

Then All of a sudden he rocks up one day in a new Mercedes Ute.. I told him what happened to the hard work and deposit for a house.. he says prices are too high so he may as well just forget about it and enjoy.. that’s the mindset of a mongrel renter isnt it.. his habits took over his discipline and now when he is 65, he will have an empty pair of hands to show for his life work..

When he dies They won’t even bury him as he can’t pay for it.. feed him to the sharks in the sea.. (even they might spit him out)

I believe it is cashed up overseas investors buying houses with cash. That is cauaing alot of the issues.

Did we hear Donald Trump is planning to punt all the homeless out of Washington DC. Push em out far away. No free rent in Washington DC.
