Agree about Goldberg’s music.. Loved Real American..but am partial to this one..Ooh yeah… Hang on that was Macho.. I better take my vitamins brother!
Lol the WCW one just doesn't do it for me, baby! Just sounds like a cheap knock off of Real American, to me. All a matter of opinion, I guess. But I reckon you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who thinks that Goldberg theme was better than his original one lol

I pissed myself laughing when watching that back when it happened, and still do. Also, talking of Bushwackers, Butch recently passed away.
They have had quicker eliminations since, but that one is still the funniest. I love how he keeps doing the Bushwhacker march even before he gets tossed out of the ring lol

Yeah I saw that. RIP Butch. Thanks for the memories!

I loved the Hulkster as a kid, and yep, he really put WWF on the map and helped turn it into the super company it is today.

WWF had so many great theme songs back in the day... Real American, Million Dollar man's Money, Money, Money, Dusty Rhodes American Dream... I love how they used to actually write songs with lyrics that were all about the characters. Even the songs without lyrics had music which suited the character. They don't do it as much any more.
Agree, the wrestling themes were great back then. They really stood out and emphasised the wrestler they were attached to. Now days, majority of wrestlers themes sound a like bar a few. So many sound generic and hip hoppy. Jim Johnston just knew how to write wrestler theme music back in the day.

@MatstaDogg and @Flanagun i loved this one..’Ass man’ the theme for Billy Gunn.. it just rocks even it the lyrics are a little dubious.. Fav verse,

“So many asses, so little time
Only a tight one, can stop me on the dime
I'm a lover, of every kind
The best surprises always sneak up from behind..”

So many asses so little time..Only a tight one, can stop me on a dime… :tearsofjoy:

Waited for ages - a no show eh?

Why PM u - I prefer my partners to be classy, smart and female. You're missing on all counts.

Has anyone got any thoughts on finishing moves? Why does every wrestler have to have his own finisher? There aren't enough to go around, and so you get the same move with different names. In the space of a few minutes on Wrestlemania, I saw a Brogue Kick (Seamus), a Claymore (Drew McEntire, and a Helluva Kick (Sammy Zane) and they were all the same move.

Celebrity guest, Snoop Dog (or Dogg), laid a People's Elbow on The Miz. He did it well and it was great theatre, but it didn't look any less hokey than when The Rock used to do it. He criss-crossed the ring a few times, presumably to build up momentum, before coming almost to a complete halt before delivering it. The recipient of the move has got time to leave the ring, get showered and changed, and go home. If The Miz (or whoever else it might be) is so incapacitated that he has to lie there awaiting his fate, why not just cover him and count?

To honestly believe anyone would fly to sydney at short notice & drive to a shopping centre in mount Druitt to meet a weak old man who lives in the Sutherland shire & who won’t even be there you’d have to be brain fried from smoking bongs every day, oh wait..:

Hmmm. Bidwell is in Blacktown, Claymore is in Campbelltown but you got Sydney right. You could have booked any flight yesterday or even better, grabbed one of your private jets - but no. And if I'm a weak old man - why you so keen to meet up? Get off on having your shot against old guys eh? Guess its better than women (oops - too soon?).

You had your chance - you bailed - you lose [again]. Lolz....

@Natboy, I'm only a few short hours from both Bidwell and Claymore. I will fight @Doogie if you are willing to pay me $500,000. What do you say, baby? But @Doogie I am a pretty man, so if this fight is gonna go ahead I am going to have to request a no strikes to the face stipulation.... much like Shawn Michaels and Rick The Model Martel's stipulation from their match at Summerslam 1992.

Many of us have daily arguments on here but are respectful and I understand how you were raised but you’re a grown man and just speak to people like shit. Why try to send me to a shopping centre out west when I told you I can come to the shire before or after most games? Now I bash women? Ok mate. You’re honestly just not worth my time. It was fun but you are just more painful than the old mutt who sends you PM’s about me and she would give panadol a headache
