Opinion Assemble the best rugby league side you can

Nasheed here,
Imagine you’re a rich Arab with an unlimited budget like the roosters and it’s your duty to assemble the greatest possible current rugby league team you can.
What is your team?
Rules/considerations:
1-You can assemble any player from any code. They don’t even have to be a current player IF you think they can walk back into the team on very short notice. For example you are allowed to pick Owen Farrell (worlds greatest Union player with a league pedigree) or Sam Burgess or SBW IF you think those two can ramp back up within a few weeks to be best in the business.
2- You can pick players out of position if you think that adds to the team. It’s a functional team and not an honour roll.
3- Please embolden which player you think is the best in the world. I think It is DCE so that’s why he is in bold.
