im not talking about the tiny Percentage of exceptions to the xx xy rule. We all know what a man is and we all know what a woman is.
The point is that simply because someone ‘believes‘ they are the opposite gender does not make it so.
I am talking about the ~25,000 Australian's who you elude to!

I want to know which bathroom XO, XXY and XYY individuals would be allowed to use under your "instinct" framework.

For someone who continually harps on about nuance, you are challenged by the application of the concept in reality.
Although gender is not considered a continuous trait, you are erroneously attempting to apply a dichotomous decision matrix to a trait on a non-continuous spectrum.

A quick spot of "research" on the topic would suggest that if you're happy to exclude "the tiny Percentage of exceptions to the xx xy rule", you should also be happy to exclude even less trans folks from your argument.

Systematic review and meta-analysis of prevalence studies in transsexualism
"The overall meta-analytical prevalence for transsexualism was 4.6 in 100,000 individuals; 6.8 for trans women and 2.6 for trans men."
FULL TEXT manuscript

Whereas:
"Aneuploidies of the sex chromosomes are present in the general population with a frequency of approximately 1 in a 1000 for each syndrome. Often these individuals are unaware of their condition; this may come to light in routine cytogenetic surveys in infancy, or through infertility clinics."

Can also refer to:
Epidemiology of gender dysphoria and transgender identity

By definition, people ask questions because they don’t have all the answers. Are you suggesting questions can never be asked unless someone has all the evidence and answers? What would be the need to ask questions if you already had all the answers?
Of course ask questions but Trump is not asking a question when he says he won. Trump is not asking a question when he says there was wide spread voter fraud. Trump is not asking a question when he says the election was rigged. You are a fool for defending him when you know the implications of undermining a democratic institution.

On the Viability of Conspiratorial Beliefs
https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0147905

This might help with understanding of conspiracy theories - I share this humbly with best intentions to educate and bring awareness.

LD that blew a bit of my brain out.. What I come away with though, which simply confirmed my thoughts, is the sheer size of the number people needed for some conspiracy theories to be successful, and for it to be kept ‘secret’..the difficulty in doing this negates the idea that a conspiracy could succeed without being ‘outed’.. Additionally, I have always believed that those who believe in conspiracy theories, like say ‘911’, is more about the feeling of vulnerability, as they can’t believe that something so ‘simple’..for want of a better word..as a plane being hijacked and smashing into a building and thus unleashing such devastation could happen where they live. Therefore, the thought, almost a need, that there has to be some elaborate plan or agenda to allow such an incident occurring, in their minds provides a comfort, it means they are not so vulnerable.

ps..However, I still believe they have a cure for spinal cord injury but won’t release it because the disabled industry is worth a fortune!!:smilingimp:

I believe a good workable conspiracy plan must have the following to have any real chance of success,
1: Very few people involved, just barely enough to get the job done and maintain secrecy. (This is just about impossible because someone will always spill the beans at some point either through carelessness or a fit of conscience, I mean if the president of the United States of America cant enjoy a nice quiet little blow job in the privacy of the oval office bathroom then what hope do conspirators have who are trying to take over the world?!)
2: The people involved will be dedicated to the conspiracy and/or have a vested interest in its success and will benefit or see a benefit from their actions. (Political, religious, social or financial etc)
3: The people involved will willingly remain silent and protect each other and the conspiracy because of the above. (The threat of physical violence against a participant or their family etc is very risky to the conspirators and no guarantee of silence.)
4: The mechanics of the conspiracy must be as simple as possible and above all, subtle...

And this is all before getting into the moral implications including increased risk of depression and suicide when oppressing gender dysphoria.

Dawg:
Who is going to stand at a bathroom door and determine who has mutilated their genitalia and who hasn’t?

Seems Dawg has been so very concerned (and sympathetic) for folk's head space in State Health Department decreed lockdown.... that he completely forgot, nor cares, for those poor souls who are so tormented, they feel it is preferable for them "mutilate their genitalia" :(

A thoroughly flawed person.

Your Posting CNN articles like they tell the truth wake up.
It's all just reading about incidents that are relevant to USA atm.

You can take what you want out of it and you are also at liberty to put up Trump's tweets, Fox and AON articles in you wish.

Or there's one other option....don't read articles you don't agree with.

'Science matters', except when it's democrats telling boys they can become girls and girls they can become boys.
It’s actually the other way around. Science doesn’t matter, except when you want to use it to try and strip someone of their autonomy to self identify.

It’s not a debate about science, it’s a debate about identity, respect and human dignity. Also you clearly still don’t understand the difference between gender and biology.

Crawl back under your bridge. You are a miserable excuse for a human being.

No dramas with anyone wanting to identify as the opposite sex or an astronaut if they so choose.

The problem is when they demand that other people buy into it.

Trump hires only the best people

I'll see your Sydney Powell and raise you a Melissa Carone.

One of the star witnesses alleging voter fraud for the Trump campaign has slurred her words and repeatedly interrupted politicians during a Michigan House of Representatives hearing.

Melissa Carone appeared unsteady and confrontational when alleging thousands of voters in Michigan had voted twice.

Ms Carone, a contract worker for Dominion Voting Systems, said she saw ballot workers count 30,000 votes multiple times.

Even Giuliani is telling her to shush. This is hysterical.
