Hehehehe - we are a cunning, but smart bunch. This story is a few days old, but man, brilliant marketing campaign by the club :D

BULLDOGS great Terry Lamb with one of the club’s newest and youngest members, Mohamed Saeed. Nearly 600 babies born at Canterbury and Bankstown hospitals throughout December, have received a warm Blue and White welcome to the world, including a Bulldogs family membership. Full story on page 4.

THE Bulldogs have welcomed some of their youngest ever members to the pack.

Nearly 600 babies born at Canterbury and Bankstown hospitals throughout December received a “warm Blue and White welcome to the world”.

Each newborn received a 2022 Family Membership, along with a special ‘Welcome to the Pack!’ announcement card.

“We are so excited to welcome our newest Canterbury Bankstown fans into the world this Christmas,” said Bulldogs Head of Membership, Stacie Brand.

“It’s an exciting time to be a Bulldog in 2022, with the team back at pre-season training and working hard to make our Members proud next season.

“We know these little ones will grow up to be part of the most passionate fanbase in the NRL.”

General Manager of Canterbury Hospital, Kiel Harvey, highlighted the club’s ongoing support over the years.

“The Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs have been great supporters of our hospital for many years, and this is an example of the club supporting our newest patients and their families,” he said.

Bulldogs Head of Community, Fayssal Sari, said the club was excited to be able to give back to the community through this initiative.

“It is also a thrill to see the start of a new era of Bulldogs supporters begin in 2022,” he said.

You have to imprint the brand on em early. I personally was less than a year old when my dad started dressing me in a custom made jersey. 42 years later and the early work he did seems to have stuck.

Good work.
Is it a co-incidence that one of our Marketing team is named ‘Brand’?? That’s like when they sent Phil McCann to cover the petrol shortage crisis :-).
