I didn’t imagine it. Have it on good authority that some of our deadshit players have been partying way to hard the last few weeks. They need to go because winning football games is the last thing they are concerned about for the Bulldogs.
I am surprised you said few weeks :astonished:
To me they look to have been celebrating and on the juice for few years now

So let me say something, if they decide to keep elliott at the club , does that mean our supporters who misbehave at games dont get a life ban, but get 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances, can some of those misbehaving fans, irrespective if they get ejected for foul language or drunk and disordelry will those dogs supporters be given the same treatment by the bulldogs football club???

Just reading that saints are open to letting go of Tariq Simms. They were also interested in Elliot last year but not sure if that was McGregor or Hook. I think a player like Simms would suit what we are after if the salaries and contract lengths match. Yes Tariq is injury prone and can give away a penalty or seven. But him and TPJ on the edges would be an upgrade over what we currently have

Just read Elliot is already being shopped,
We pay 50% of his salary or a player swop.

im sure he does, and i dont see anything wrong with the boyle incident. But the fucking of Lichaas wife, he should have been sacked then.
Why? It’s not a club matter at all. Pretty sure the dogs looked at their legal options after that incident...and I’d say they probably would have been advised they didn’t have a legal leg to stand on.

I know which story sounds more believable.

It isn’t “kissing in the toilet”
If they were lining up coke, why would he have had his shirt off? Very possible they were doing more than kissing, but to suggest they were racking up when neither the club or nrl’s investigation, nor any of the media reports have mentioned it is a stretch, to say the very least.

it’s possible that’s what they were doing, I’m sure plenty of nrl players enjoy the nose candy.... but to suggest something is a sackable offence when there isn’t even evidence the offence was committed is dumb, even by kennel standards.

Or after hearing a knock by security realising they were caught they disposed of drugs and idiot got his shirt off to deflect…

That is more plausible then in there kissing.

I’m not saying he was snorting coke for the record. I’m simply pointing out that basically any bow you want to stretch won’t be as bad as the one of “kissing in the toilet”.

To believe that isn’t just dumb by kennel standard. It’s fantasy. Just like the dogs winning the premiership this year, or avoiding the spoon, or adam Elliot not being a complete liability for us both on and off the field. Though hey maybe fucking your best mates wife is ok with some?

Not sure what’s worse. The way he fucked his best mate over or how he’s fucked our club for years.

Look, I don’t know what they were doing in there... but you can’t condemn someone on speculation. It was a very minor incident and if it were some other player, none of you would give a fuck.... let alone look for any possible explanation to make it seem worse than the official story.

As far as Elliott screwing over a mate, I never said it was ok.... but I think it’s hilarious that so many of you are implying Elliott is the biggest scum bag on earth for betraying the trust of a mate, but if a player betrays the trust of a wife or fiancé (whether it be once, or even repeatedly), you don’t seem to give a shit. Could it be because if you were to criticise Elliott for cheating on his partner you’d have to acknowledge he was far from the only nrl player to have done it? Or are you all just sexist arseholes who believe loyalty to a partner is less important than adherence to the bro code?

People cheat, it doesn’t mean they are terrible people. It means they made a really bad decision. Elliott has done a few stupid things in his life, but honestly, even accumulatively, they all rate pretty low on the list of shit things past and present players have done.

Be honest. Your objection to Elliott isn’t about upholding some sort of moral code, it’s about trying to justify the sacking of a player you don’t like...a player you have not liked since long before the cheating saga earlier this year.

Mate Tariq has played 3 good games in 2 years. Origin 1 and 2 this year and he had a blinder against the knights earlier in the year.

Our cap is out of whack because all of our top paid players are forwards or outside backs.

I reckon any money from Elliott will be used to sign a decent half or hooker
