i know channel 10 had it for a while and graeme Hughes use to commentate, after rex mossop retired.

the 1988 grand final feed that was shown on fox today came from channel 10 (commercial rights holders through t the end of 1991 when they went broke and channel 9 picked up the rights) and the commentators were ian maurice, graeme hughes, and the moose rex mossop.
