What kills me the most is the fact that we have failed to build on previous seasons. We simply should be further along than where we are now and we should've learnt off previous experiences and made decisions accordingly.

It’s a very bad situation when you have 3 million dollars to spend on players and no one is signing up. Player managers must be steering their players away from the club. They obviously have no faith in our organisation at the moment.

What kills me is that only was the team stripped to the bone, so was the front office and support staff. We were firing with sponsors etc and even all those staff members were shown the door. Why? Was it a pre request that you had to be an Anderson lover to be given a role at the club? I think the Anderson led board came in with too much paranoia and were making decisions on keeping their roles on the board and not what was in the best interest of the club.

Spot on mate the only way out of this is to start using our brain,the club has to be smarter top to bottom.all this shit that pay and the media throw out about “effort” is a deadset cop out.The reason Elliot is our best player this year because he’s an “effort” player and fuck all else.
We need a smarter administration a smarter coach,smarter recruitment and retention staff and finally smarter players. Until we start moving in this direction and getting away from all the “effort” “DNA” “Family club” horse shit the longer we will be cellar dwellers
