When I played (a long, long time ago), we had one match where we versed the Queensland champions (Brighton Grammar) and by half time we were up 80 - 0. In the second half our coach told us to let them score points. We spent the next 40 minutes trying to help the other team score points.

That's what it looks like right now. It looks like NSW are trying to help Queensland score points.
