You can’t refuse a SOO selection aside from injury reasons and somehow I doubt that will work if he’s playing earlier than SOO

Hardly a big deal gives Burton a break
Yes, remember the furore around Jamie Lyon not wanting to play

Yep basically have to “retire” from rep footy. A rep coach will not pick you again if you “pull out” team unity is everything

Gapewell will be exposed
They need Horse badly. He must have pissed off Slatee he's been in good form
Cunt

Capewell is fine it’s Mo I have an issue with. He played 45 minutes and made 49 metres you honestly have to try to play that badly…and he still gets picked somehow. I like Nanai off the bench and Carrigan makes sense off the bench h so they can replace Tino with a good middle

Maxxy already looked to have added to his game on the weekend. Definitely going to be a better player for his Origin experience

Would have to agree with that. This year he has gone up in intensity and is more than deserving if his call up.

No Horse and their starting edge forwards are Capewell and Cotter :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :sob: :sob: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy:
Cotter is abysmally out of form.
I thought he'd rise for Origin 1 but he did SFA.

Im surprised and equally pissed off they dropped DCE yet let other plodders keep their spots in the team.

NSW will win 3-0 and Slater will learn a valuable lesson this series.

how the fuck is loiero starting 13?? billy is a dumbkunt
Yep, another plodder.

Look, QLD is low in playing stocks. I get it. I think they were better
-off recalling Felise Kaufusi who plays in the middle now anyway.

He is no way any worse than Mo or Loiero. Cant play many minutes, but he'll at least go hard in attack and defence in the first 20mins.

If the refs adjudicate the game as a true SOO (i.e allow some rough stuff), he wont be a liability.

yea, but god damn loiero over fucking horsebrah even carrigan is just pure retardisim by billy. loiero has done as much as stefano this year which is fuck all.

Tino, Munster & Grant are the only QLD players that would start for NSW. Talent wise the Blues are way better.

Robson was very good in game one. If Grant was eligible for NSW he'd be on the bench

Grant definitly feels like he has lost a bit of form the last 2 years. Last year he got back for big games, this year nothing. He has lost a bit of magic, not scary anymore.

Teams have learnt to run plays at him constantly in the first 20 mins, sapping his energy, which leaves hm short when the game is on the line. For that reason I don't believe that he has been anywhere near as effective since BSmith left.

Grant and Mahoney are about the same size, height + weight, and both make huge numbers of tackles in a game. Opposition teams have learnt to exploit that, particularly as forwards get more mobile and can target their runs at specific players. The way I see it the days of the 80 minute hooker are gone, the trick is finding someone who can step in for the 20 minutes or so to educe their work load. That's not easy, someone who can tackle constantly, every play, be the first tackler, and play dummy half, they are rare and you aren't going to get them for peanuts.

Funny how the worm has turned. This was NSW not long ago where they were the ones scrapping the bottom of the barrel.
