City have opened the annual Country v City weekend with a dominant 54-10 win over Country in the Under 16s match at Leichhardt Oval today.

City have managed to overcome an early deficit before romping away with an impressive 48-18 win over Country in the CABE Under 18s match at Leichhardt Oval today.

I reckon it's got to do with teams are never the same to get the consistency I don't think either team has been the same in back to back weeks the whole season and have had mass changes week in week out

Agree - i believe the club has player development as a much higher priority than winning in the lower grades /juniors - i get the philosophy behind the movements but - and only based on seeing game performances -dont see training, dont know players ages or time in system - i struggle to understand soem slections in flegg. On a positive Kaufusi the centre has done well moving up to flegg - impressive with his aggression with the ball
