Nah it wasn't to do with the partnership falling over . They both got 4 year deals up there at the dolphins and there long term future secured what they both deserve.
Batten looked good on the very few occasions he played at 9 in for the dogs.
Thats the thing he's not a nine he's a 7, but the couple of games he played in Sg Ball for us Dogs played him off the bench playing nine.
And he was very good on those occasions.
Dogs updated photo/profiles & Luke Smith has been removed but Joseph O'Neill still listed, no Lipoi Hopoi, Thompson, Dykes or O'Sullivan.

Yeah Maxine is disappointing others had stalled with us. Boyle is also interesting as we look a bit shallow at 9 now. We played so many people in cup this year but from memory none that were trialled really stood out except okotolo every now and then..
Imo, and although I didn't see as many games live as I usually do, the lower grade / academy sides results n performances were disappointing. Some consistently good eg O Smith, CJ Udeh n Reardon. Seemed a challenge to get the ball beyond one or two passes. The pre season public comments about the Sgball team and the late season public comments about that team reflected poorly on the academy imo. I'm very interested in who makes up th coaching staff for next season.
