bullshit, i ordered my membership pack like 2 weeks ago and got an email yesterday saying i should expect it in 10-16 BUSINESS DAYS lmao
 
Need to keep in mind that "express" is the level of courier service, which doesn't start until after the finding, picking, packing and despatch. That's assuming that the item is actually in stock, there could well be ordering and delivery into store before the finding, picking, packing and despatch can even start.

Might save 1 day by paying for "express" but it can still take multiple days before it even gets to the delivery process.

Well they opened the store a month late, you'd think they'd have products ready.

I was told the store would open in "early November".

Honestly, having to buy an $8 lanyard for a members card, pay $12 shipping on a $50 members pack and then paying extra for express delivery and then waiting an extra 2 weeks..

If this wasn't the NRL club that I love, you can bet I would be fucking blowing up.

Everything on the consumer side with regards to the website, shop and service is really fucking bad. It's sad.

Edit: It's not sad, its disappointing, we deserve better.

I am sure it is the same for every club, but $8 for a lanyard is a rip off. Australia Post are a disgrace with their pricing as well. They killed themselves when their staff couldn't do their jobs properly & frank the stamps & thus people re-used them. Then they changed the stamps so you couldn't re-use them again & killed their cash-cow the stamp collecting business. Now anything stamp related you can only get the face value of the stamps, so nobody buys the stamp collecting stuff anymore, there is no collector value left.

Yeah I'm up to the "creating label" part and says Aus Post will get it in 3 business days.

No chance its coming before Christmas. But being Orthodox, I'll just gift them to my kids on the my Christmas. Just hoping they get here before the 7th of January lol

I only got the "creating label" notification yesterday, but it updated to "Item processed at sorting facility (Sydney)" about half an hour ago.

The pain point for me with the lanyard is the fact that we get a membership card that clearly requires a lanyard to carry it around... and we have to buy one.. bruh. When I was a member in 2015-2019 i would get a lanyard with the card, so you could wear it on your neck to the games lol..
