Massive volume in Aus post ATM. Highly likely that no scanning from point to point will occur. Likely for most people to only get initial lodgement scan and then onboard for delivery, rather than everything in between.

Yeah fair enough. Other packages I’ve ordered that have arrived had all tracking info available. Hope you’re right and it arrives this week. Santa needs some of it. Lol
 
And still no tracking available. 6 days later. Lol anyone else able to track there package?
 
Did anyone find a way to use the credits? My credits won’t deduct when I select an item
 
The club sent out an in-depth survey a couple of days ago - make sure to go to town on them with the membership questions.
 
Emailed the club this afternoon, they are aware of the issue and apparently their supplier have told them tracking will be updated by the end of the week and delivery should still be before Xmas.

Ain’t holding my breath though.

Paying express is just that it’s supposed to sent out quickly, I’d be ripping into the crew hard. Stuff sent from China for free arrives in a week most of the time.

Supplier issue or not, it reflects poorly on the club and they should be refunding all shipping costs.

Undersell and over deliver not oversell and under deliver, crew needs some training in customer service.
 
How hopeless is membership sign up, renewal, cancellation and the shipping process. Diabolical.
 
Man they are slower than Hutch...
