I hate how the top part of the blue chevron / is cut off by the Laundy logo... Wattyl sponsor looks good at least.

Away jersey is shit also, I hate that style chevron

Sponsors are obviously important but the size of the Laundy's logo is ridiculous. Disappointing after the success of last years 2004 jersey. Like the away jersey though. If we win a comp in it I don't care what it looks like.

Home one looks like a cheap super league knock off but even worse I actually really hate it, away jersey is ok

No idea why they went for two completely different chevron designs and why they did the shit curved, pointy one from SL for the home. The away chevron isn’t deep enough. Could have done butcher stripes for the away unless they’re bringing out an alternate for retro round or something.

There were rumours of a commemorative 90th year strip. Have to see if they release one, might cop the home jersey. Usually I like the away strip, but this one, I get best & less vibes from it.

Each to their own but I reckon the Home jersey looks like they are wearing some weird apron over the away jersey or some shit. Looks dodge.

And when KIA was the sponsor it was even worse...

I just don't get it. Even in the NBL which is pulling in far less revenue than Rugby league, at least the sponsor ad isn't bigger than the team...

Same with the ice hockey jerseys in the states and the NFL/NBA teams.

I get that we need sponsors and ads on the jersey but it's just taking over the whole thing

Think you answered your own question: compare NRL vs NBL in terms of revenue and profile. Not saying I agree with it but more jersey real estate = more dollars - and the Dogs were one of the first clubs to figure that out with KIA. The Bulldogs football club increasingly want to rely less on the Leagues Club for money and kit sponsorship is one of their biggest tools to do so.
