Teams wouldn't be competitive - all clubs seek players from outside their local competition teams - some of the locals go to other clubs as well -if they are good enough they will get a club to notice them and maybe sign them - trial squads are basically more than three teams in size - over 40 would have played in trials and participated HM n Sgball training over Summer.

If clubs only used local team players, juniors 15,1617 18 19 yo from non metro areas would not get an opportunity until Flegg.

No. Dogs were abysmal. Dominated tackles with n without the ball but kept doing stupid stuff. Forward pass from dummy half, rolling the ball between the legs penalties on last, double movements.

Re Iverson matai, clever player, good defender but either can't run or just incredibly slow atm.
