He didn't have an effect because Walsh already had more control of the ball than Warbrick. Placing a hand on someone just as they have relinquished control of the ball is an extremely pedantic way to ref a strip.How didn’t Mam have an effect? He was there, touching him. If he wasn’t there he would of ran a different direction.
If he wasn't there has nothing to do with a strip ruling in this context. It's not an offside ruling.
