Josh McGuire is 0-7 in 2021. Will that losing streak continue or will he get his first win against the Bulldogs?

Yeah as soon as I see Cummins or Sutton I think automatic lose.
At least that ... plus some blatant rort, lop sided 6again/penalty count, sin bin, try disallowal or other unjustified controversy for our club.

Interesting to see that Piakura is in the 21 for Brisbane.

It's also bizarre that Sualli hasn't gotten a run yet. They made a huge fuss about getting an exemption for him.. He's supposedly tearing up reserves and they have an injury crisis yet they keep picking Ikuvalu instead..

It's odd but to be honest I can't see the point of rushing him into the side as this season is a right off for us and besides, Matt "Bundy" Ikuvalu has never let us down. I do think Joseph will get his debut this year as one of ours is sure to get smashed in the knee by a rogue comet before the year is out.

The two boys on the bench are ones I'm keen to watch, Fletcher Baker and Daniel Suluka-Fafita. Baker has been impressive lately and Suluka-Fafita is a gun. Parra by 10-16.

Haha. You've had a crazy run with injuries. Ikuvalu is a solid player who always does well enough but Sualli was brought over early and they wanted an exemption for this year. Surely he gets a run soon..

I'm sure the two bench forwards will stand up like most players in the Roosters system do.

Season is a write-off? You guys have still got 5 Origin players and 3 NZ Test players in your run-on side plus another NZ Test regular on the bench. Plus Walker. I think ya's will be ok lol.
Still a far superior squad than half the comp has at full strength.

It's a write off in terms of winning the comp though. They can't win the comp without Keary, Friend, Cordner, Collins, Morris etc and that's all the goal is for that club and it's fans.

I miss the days where we were premiership or bust and looked at 4th or 5th place as a disappointing season.

It's a right off in terms of our chances of winning the comp. I'm sure we'll be competitive and put up a fight, but I said when Keary went down we'll be somewhere around 5-7 on the ladder at the end, but I doubt we can match the top sides with our current spine. We even have a Bulldogs reject in our spine this week with Ben Marschke starting.

What about the next man up mentality Robbo pisses on about? Suuali hasn't gotten a gig yet. The refs will give ya's a good run, as will the judiciary when required, you might still be a shot at it yet. The alien-headed chin bloke and his inbred buddies are a clear standout at the moment but one or two crucial injuries and they are back to the pack. The other teams making up the top 4-5 are all very beatable.

When you're next men up are your fifth string hooker, a rookie half, two part timers, a Warriors reject and two juniors, you gotta admit stocks are becoming thin. The way its going come round 17, I might be waving to you guys from the bench. lol But I do appreciate your confidence in us. I'm also eager to see Suualii take the field, but I'll leave that to better judges then me.

Apparently Cody Walker will play fullback with Dean Hawkins playing in the halves.
