btw if they can eliminate 10 degrees inside the open roof stadium, then it will be downgraded to extremely hot

if only the fifa voters read this before voting ffs

its going to be hot, dusty, uncomfortable for the fans and hopefully this air conditioning works plus they have some cooling where the teams train tbh

There's nothing FIFA can do to aid Qatar from not getting obliterated if this is the standard we'll see from them

Maybe they can get those mist sprayers they use in the clubs to cool down.

It'd be interesting if the World Cup is moved to the winter, what then happens to the regular football season?

Such as Premier League, Serie A, La Liga etc are all played during that period

If the seasons are moved, they're then messing about with the scheduling for the season and ruining the rotation between the old and new seasons

india is a semi-valid opinion, but for sure you should apologise for suggesting that uruguay host the world cup for the 100 year anniversary lol

if money talks what about uruguay with a total budget of 15 billion a year and the world cup costing about that much

brazil with a trillion dollar economy had protests, imagine what would happen in uruguay, the whole country will go on a biting rampage
Gotta wonder if there is a statue of Suarez in Uruguay taking a chunk out of someone's arm?

Current air conditioning technology will not cool the stadiums
I read a report on it today they are in fantasy land if they think they can cool an area that big to suitable playing temperature

As if current tv deals would allow that

Germans were outstanding. Messi flopped and is no where near Maradona in skill or greatness.

I am now looking forward to watching more international club football.
