Braith's probably on a hush hush extra incentive to deliver marquee players to the Roosters that he's managing on top of everything else.
That would be fraudulent, go to gaol stuff.

The difference is they get labelled brave and are praised for being ruthless for letting go of premiership winning rep players, whereas we get labelled as a basketcase and negligent for letting go of fringe first graders or benching Flanagan..
I agree with you, for the most part..... but we absolutely deserved to be called a basket case for benching a player we had touted as a marquee signing just a few months prior. Can't stand the Roosters and hate the favourable treatment they get from the media.... but our club really is an embarrassment these days. Hope Gus can slowly turn that around.

Our club has been an embarrassment, but the media are basically a PR tool for the Roosters. It's pathetic..

Flanagan was never a marquee signing or announced as one. Not even close.

Yeah, he kinda was. He's not on huge money, but still on pretty good money for a player who was released by his previous club and still trying to make a name for himself. Barrett paraded him in front of the media and even drew comparisons between him and Cleary. Most signings don't get the full press conference treatment.

The sad thing is, I think Flano has talent. He was highly rated in the junior ranks....the way he has been treated by both the Roosters and our club has really had a negative impact on his development as a player. Barrett's management of him last year was just horrendous. The way his signing was handled/ announced, allowing him to front the media after getting hooked and then naming him numerous times only to not play him would have been really damaging to his confidence.

Not exactly no... But Barrett making comparisons to Cleary certainly didn't help

Unless he has reasons to leave Melbourne, you would think Munster stays right where he is. Its all speculation, like Ponga leaving Newcastle nonsense recently. Its just price pumping if the talk comes from the player's camp. Storm aren't known to be stupid enough to let go one of their top few players who isnt near retirement like Cronk was. Hynes was a good player let go but they were already strong in the positions he plays.

I'm thinking he will only move if there is a massive pay gap of 400-500k.

Every other system will be a downgrade from the Storm system.

I have a whole set of coaching staff and about 10 players for you to buy....

Actually I'll give you Brown paper bags to buy them.

PS all have mint condition brains, brand new and never used.

He is on a "one more fark up and you're gone warning" plus Bellamy may finally stop actual coaching which may influence Munster to move on. I always thought he would end up with the Cowboys, being from Rockhampton, but he hasn't really shown any interest in that.

Of course they are. Fucking Roosters!
I guess would be a brave move to chase a future star. When u have the Australian fullback blocking he’s path, and Suaali. Very brave, lol

Cameron Munster will be resigning with Melbourne. The Roosters have no interest in him. The player they are targeting is Payne Haas. They will need to off load JWH and Angus Crichton. Also Taukeolaho is leaving.

Nick Politis has denied any interest which is a load of nonsense.
