Don’t tell the “big tough” Assassin ...it’s obvious he doesn’t like black fellas...He will help all the player’s, this signing along with burton will bring confidence, it’s a huge positive and the Fox is a machine, best high profile signing in many years.!!!
As seen in your avatar.. and will be many doggs supporters favourite also, remember to change that avatar with one with him in the doggs mighty blue an white.!!He’s already my favourite dogs player
Of course broAs seen in your avatar.. and will be many doggs supporters favourite also, remember to change that avatar with one with him in the doggs mighty blue an white.!!
Top man!!Of course bro
The gouger? (twice)May not be a huge name but I would go after Hudson Young from Canberra. Watched some of his explosive runs vs Panthers and thought that's exactly the aggressive type of guy we need. Apparently he's off contract but I think close to re-signing according to the DT.
Well Graham was a biter. But know what youre saying re uncontrolled aggression. The gouger? (twice)
There's debate about Graham. He claimed he didn't do it & the NRL refused to allow a dentist to be a witness for him.Well Graham was a biter. But know what youre saying re uncontrolled aggression.
Who could we pick up who is off contract? We should go all out for 2 huge forward signings for next year. That would complete the turnaround
Yeah there were no bite marks on his ear either and none of the videos were conclusive. You literally had a situation where the NRL just believed that flop slater saidThere's debate about Graham. He claimed he didn't do it & the NRL refused to allow a dentist to be a witness for him.
I honestly believe James Graham & I hope he writes a book one day & has a chapter on it. We had seen him previously yell something into an opponents ear & that is what I think happened there. I have never found Billy Slater to be of good character. He was a dirty player as well.Yeah there were no bite marks on his ear either and none of the videos were conclusive. not to concerned about directing plays but making sure the individuals are still doing their jobs biggest part of his job that doesn't look like he is capable of doing.I think it's increasingly obvious that JJ is not a leader. The role of Captain is not solely to chat with the referee.
He plays very well, but does not direct plays of any sort. Thompson is an obvious replacement.
God when okunbur is being missed it really shows you how low this club has fallenA lot on here might disagree but we’re missing Okunbor badly. I just like a big body on the wing and he makes a lot of meters. Both Cotric and Allen have not shown me anything so far to suggest they are better than Okunbor. Plus not sure why we bought Allen and let go of R.Smith. Again our problem of buying like for like players just keeps us in a hole.
Sorely missed right now, always makes 10 metres + per carry and right now along with our defence is the other issue we have, our wingers make fuck all yardageHave a look at the South’s game last year in round 19. He got our sets off to some great starts and set up 3 tries from kicks.
He is first winger picked in my side. Apart from Thompson our middle forwards have no punch. Okonbur can at least give them a chance to take a hit up with a bit of momentum in the set.
Plus he is a good target in the air
Afraid so.God when okunbur is being missed it really shows you how low this club has fallen
Agree but I couldn't care less if he bit his ear or not, as he will always in my eyes be regarded as one of the best warriors and leaders to play the game.I honestly believe James Graham & I hope he writes a book one day & has a chapter on it. Wait until they are 0-26 ... he may have other ideasBy Adam Pengilly and Adrian Proszenko
The chance to help Canterbury’s young stars of the future is one of Josh Addo-Carr’s main motivations to head to the Bulldogs as he remains optimistic about the future of Trent Barrett’s wooden-spoon favourites.
Speaking after Addo-Carr’s current club Melbourne torched his future one at Stadium Australia, one of the Bulldogs’ marquee signings for 2022 insisted he was committed to Canterbury once he finished the season with Melbourne.
“I’ve always liked helping people and the reason I want to go there is to help the young fellas and help my teammates be successful,” Addo-Carr said. “I’m trying to do that here at the Melbourne Storm. Everyone has got a part to play and I try to do my best every week.
“I have achieved a lot of things in rugby league so far, and I’m really excited for the future. I stepped out of my comfort zone moving to Melbourne and I’m stepping out of my comfort zone [going] to another club.”
Addo-Carr signed a four-year deal with the Bulldogs last December and will join Penrith’s Matt Burton as Barrett’s two biggest signings at Belmore.
Addo-Carr scored a try in the Storm’s 52-18 demolition of the Bulldogs on Saturday, the fifth straight loss for Canterbury during their winless start to the season.
Burton’s camp quickly squashed any rumours about the gun five-eighth having second thoughts about his switch to Canterbury and Addo-Carr said he remained equally committed despite the Bulldogs’ struggles this season.
“I’m actually really excited for the challenge,” Addo-Carr said. “They’ve got some great guys coming through. They’re a tough side. They’ve got some really good strike players and we [at the Storm] need to be better and more resilient. I’m excited for next year.
“I’m just going to keep focusing on what I need to do here at the Melbourne Storm and then next year will come.”
Yep. I just hope he will be alright in his later years. He took so many hits to the head that it has to have an affect on him one day.Agree but I couldn't care less if he bit his ear or not, as he will always in my eyes be regarded as one of the best warriors and leaders to play the game.
