We've signed a few players that really need mentorship, hopefully Gus has someone in mind otherwise it seems a few of them could really go off the rails.

I said back in July when we signed this guy, that I didn’t like it he is not a good fit for our club,I’d rather he stayed at Penrith or somewhere else,

Relax ffs LOL
Ok i confess i'm a bit foggy on Cooper's indiscretion(s)obviously some think they are a distraction and or the guy himself is an issue, but all he is talking about training hard with the guy and at 5am which can't be all bad....and he will be leaving Brisbane within 6 weeks anyway to join us in Sydney.
Plus isn't this journeyman kicking arse and taking names after this latest comeback at 35 odd years old?

Anyone who watched the end of Cooper's first Rugby game back a week or two ago will know something else. Cooper made it very clear who he considers to be his mentor. None other than SBW.

Fuck, I would take 35 year old Quade Cooper for a year to play 7.. He shits all over any option we have at the club and even though he hasn't played RL FG I am sure he would go alright.
