When I went to the Members Forum they did say they were looking at doing a lot of multimedia and making it more interactive with the fans but it doesn't seem that has taken off or they are still in the process of working it out.

While I agree he should be dropped, I think taking him away from the game will only do more damage. It's apparent the guy needs serious help and without the support of the club, I don't know that he will get through it.
