Someone recently at my local smashed the screen and poured beer into the poker machine. They were charged by the cops for the damage and were made to pay for the repairs. I am not sure of the full cost but the screen itself was around $3000-$4000 from what the publican told me.

Not sure how the online will work as in mulitplayer playing 360 games on the xbone. The 360 and Xbone run on different servers so not sure how they convert it.

They will look the same as they did on 360, they are only converting not remastering.

That's why i just kept my 360 hooked up to my tv incase i wanted to play something on it now that i have a ps4. Doubt i'll touch it though cuz i'm looking ahead and playing the ps4 for future games and graphics.
