It depends on how you look at it. You can also look at the opportunity cost of re-signimg existing players and the impact on the team. We missed out on Shaun Johnson for the 2019 season and re-signed Lewis. I truly believe our rebuild starts earlier if we have a Foran & Johnson halves combo.
