Ben has had one season wearing No: 1 and look what he has done.... he had problems under the highball, but took them all against the Cows, and Manly didn't really test him after that..... he will develop in his own time, in his own way and be a better player for it. I kind of agree to watch...

The needs of the Club will always be paramount... that is why I think Andrew Ryan will make a decision shortly on his future. He has already stated that he wants to stay, but for the Club and his own honour, he should spend a year or two in Superleague.

I agree. This is the result of the salary cap. The idea is to spread the talent evenly through all the teams. Player movements is part and parcel of the salary cap system. It happens in every other sport where a cap exists.
