I done the stupidest thing with my book.

After I found everything, I circled it with a thick black texta, completely destroyed the book :(

*sighs* My mum never brought me another after that :(

Spot
Dr Seuss
Rainbow fish
Mr Men
Where's Wally
The very hungry caterpillar. That was a cool book!
Golden Books
The Walt Disney books were good too.

Bump....

Cool thread.

I cut my teeth on any sort of kids dinosaur book I could get hold of. Used to memorise my favourite ones. My folks would read them to me until I reached the point where I knew them by heart and could "read" them back to my folks despite not actually knowing how to read yet.

I went through huge Roald Dahl and Paul phases then moved on to goosebumps books until my mum started letting me read Stephen King books in my early teens.

I also went through a big phase of reading books about sharks and read Jaws when I was about 11 or 12 and loved it.

I remember almost pissing myself reading Spike Milligan books with my Dad one night when I was about 10 or 11 too haha. Not really children's books, but still a good childhood reading memory. They were quality!
