Speaking of…stealing ‘those items’…

Did you hear the story about the runner doing his daily slog along the beach who suddenly got a cramp, realised they had one in the departure lounge and weren’t going to make it home in time…The runner went up into the sand dunes and just as the chocolate hostage was being released, a dog appears nearby. The runner thinks: ‘Goddamn, where there’s a dog there’s likely an owner close by’. So he did his best to finish quickly and get the strides back up. Just as he did that, the dog owner appears to find the runner, the hound and the offending item all near each other. Without missing a beat, the dog owner says ‘Rex! and swoops down with a glove to pick up the Brad Pitt and place it in her bum bag before finding the nearest bin. The runner causally nods his head at the pup and owner and runs off. Mission accomplished :-).
