I dunno, not super convincing
Great footy player but not the smartest tool in the shed,but i think he got his point across mate. He's gunna stay put and good on him.

Weedler spoke to him and he said he’s still got 3 years to go. Also said he loves the club.

if any player decides to leave the club before a new coach is appointed and they see what things are like they’re stupid.

Yeah I know that's the angle.. Still, it's good to get a few positive Weidler stories for once, especially with the barrage from News Ltd..

Weidler doing positive Bulldogs stories is like Putin being a backup dancer for Ukraine at Eurovision.
