Held his own? Damn our standards are low on here
I agree, the times he didn't drop the ball he got man handled and pushed back 10 metres. No way does he get a FG run next year with the players we have on the books.

Never should have had his first game back in first grade. You can not go without football for so long and jump straight back to first grade.

I think we need to give him time, if he hasn't improved by the end of the year then bye, bye.

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are pleased to announce that the highly-rated local junior Jayden Okunbor has confirmed his commitment to the Club by re-signing for a further two years, keeping him at Belmore until the end of 2023.
The giant winger, who burst on to the scene in Round Three of the 2019 season with a try on debut, has come through the Bulldogs’ Junior Pathways system and played locally for the Milperra Colts.

Standing at 196 cm and weighing 108 kg, Jayden scored five tries in his first ten games in 2019, in addition to claiming the Steve Mortimer Award as Rookie of the Year.

This season has seen him recover from an ACL injury, and he returned to action against the Rabbitohs on Sunday night.

Bulldogs Chief Executive Aaron Warburton was pleased that another local junior had committed to staying at Belmore:
"Jayden is an outstanding talent who burst on to the scene in 2019 and was able to make his mark immediately.

Everyone remembers a barnstorming game against the Storm that season where he was able to run over the top of some great players and show the type of threat he is with the ball.
He has since worked hard on other aspects of his game and it was great to see him get back on to the field on Sunday night.
He is a destructive runner, who added to our other backline signings for next season, will create a great attacking threat in this competition.”
