I think he’s taken some time to settle in. Him getting a try tonight would have given him confidence and hopefully he’s able to build on that. We really need him to step up and be a leader and do things as mentioned in op.

Yup I just re-watched that last minute of the game and Cotric lucky. If sharks passed to the right side, they would of scored. Cotric's gamble paid off in the end.

Just watched the last minute again. Cotric left his right wing to make the last 2 tackles of the game on the left hand side of the field. His last tackle saved us the game the sharks player was in.
He did similar in the first half too, didn't actually make a tackle, but by coming across he allowed others to spread faster. Looked like he wanted it badly tonight.

He will get countless opportunities to show class his attack once burton gets here and couple more signings but defence was spot on yesterday

Played good, but still isn't getting the opportunities he should be getting in the red zone and is still mostly being relegated to a dummy half scoot it out of our own half and kick return specialist.

Just watching Reimis Smith playing for the Storm and he's killing it. This is why until we get decent forwards and Burton comes our outside backs are never going to look great. Same applies with Josh and Brett Morris, i think Burton is probably the first time since Sherwin that we have a true half. That's literally 14 years ago, our management literally had rocks in their heads. Sherwin left us at the end of 2007

Noddy had one great season with us in 2009 and he still had constant brain farts, but yes he completely escaped my mind. Still including him, we went still close to a decade without a proper half. Hodkinson and Reynolds my god lol. We won a lot of games with our forward pack and a superstar in Barba as well as desperate defense, akin to our run in 2014 to the GF
