No idea about scrambling defence to counter quick play the balls.
Storm are carving us up with our failure to form a defensive line under pressure.

Firstly, take Averillo out of the line. He can't read in defense at all. Put him at fullback or out of the team.

Secondly, you can't have Napa, Hethrington and Napa as your middle 3 to start a game. They make no metres and put our team in dangerous territory.

Thirdly, Katoa can't play more than 20 min at a time so don't ask him to do that.

We really need bigger bodies. We never dominate a tackle so any opposition just rolls through our middle.

Love him or hate him, at least Pay had the blokes showing up in defence.
Will give you that , TBAZ will do better next year lol.. also Trent at least avoided 4 straight with no points . And that’s not excusing the shit show.!!!

Not defending these pretenders though 30points plus is the norm now when top4 is playing bottom 4 but yes 50 isn’t good enough

Our defence was much better under Pay wasn't it?

It's only early days under the new coaching team and maybe they haven't adapted well to the changes?

We looked more resilient under Pay and Georgalis
