It's pretty easy to fix right now, but he won't do it. Bring Holland into centre, move Smith into the wing and take Crichton off.

My only complaint about him on the wing is he always cuts back in instead of pinning the ears back and going for the corner. He’s the quickest player we have and doesn’t back himself in attack
