Who do you mean? Even if it lowers his price, he's less likely to stay if the club doesn't support him and it's not good PR after Napa, CHN, Okunbur and Elliott with Mad Monday.

So it wouldn't be worth the extra 100k something like this might save the club in negotiations. Plus I don't think it will affect his value for next year or that other clubs will be put off by this at all.
