Is this a rebuild? I thought after 2.5 years we are meant to be making improvement under a successful 'rebuild'..

Do the people running our club know how they are going to get us out of this mess?..

We havent looked this bad since 2008.. and that was just one season that turned around the next..

Still a long way to go. It depends what you mean by rebuild. We're finally going to have a competitive roster next year as we're going to be able to add ~3m worth of talent (and that's why we're not competitive now, there's no other team playing under these conditions). I'm not sure why we have to keep going over this. If you mean rebuild by winning a premiership we'll be waiting until ~2024 and that's assuming we get a lot of things right (recruitment is one of those things).

The first sign whether we know if the people running the club can get us out of this mess is recruitment for 2021. Currently they're failing (only Thompson signed, Elliott and Wakeham still off contract) but we have to give them benefit of the doubt until we know our roster for 2021.

Almost everyone supporting the board will turn on them if they F up recruitment and it's the same old next year or we're underwhelming given the new expectations.

Not disagreeing with you bro. But on TripleM this morning they said IF Grant was to leave Melbourne he has indicated that he would want to remain at the Tigers who also have an abundance of salary-cap space to accommodate him with and easily match any offer we could throw at him.
