All well and good being able to put the finishing touches on a team with a dozen fucken rep players.....different kettle of fish trying to polish a turd at some other clubs though with a roster loaded with has-beens, never-were's and just plain hopeless c***.
He may well be a good coach, but trying to turn the tide at a club with a shit roster will test him out wherever he goes.
