No I'm sorry.. he can't see talent nor pick players i. Their best suited positions. If a coach can't do that than his an assistant at best.I agree but as pointed out yesterday I’m older. So I’ve learnt in corporate roles and experience most people want make write decisions! I believe Pay would fall into that category. But he needs a mentor a Bennett or Gould type. And the support around him below like a Cronk as a specialist half coach. Just a thought
We've re-signed almost every we want to keep already. I think Elliott is the only other major one. Then guys like Harper and Tass who're "potential" and depth players.Playing with a structure would help the guys learning to play in the NRL. More game time to those as well as playing in positions that would help the player and the team.
The coach doesn’t have the ability to make the players play with some ticker but he’s responsible for a lot of other things and clearly pay lacks in what’s required to turn this mess around. As I’ve stated their has to be another coach underneath Pay who understands some football. Make them caretaker for 2020 and that way the players are playing for their future as well.
Why the screenshots, so you can report it to the mods.I didn’t make any racial slur and kept screen shots of what I said and your petrol sniffing comment. Calm down and don’t make anything up to cover for yourself
Reminds me of the old 12th Man gag about Bruce Reid - ‘He’s got more nuts and bolts in him than a hardware store’Make sure there is plenty of gaffer tape handy for when poor old Foz breaks in half

If he does it’s because he’ll be allowed to, our defense doesn’t put any pressure on oppositions, we have poor line speed and there’s a lack of effort from markers, most likely due to players conditioning not being at the level it should. The other thing we fail to do is make opposition halves work in defense. Our slow, flat and predictable attack makes their lives far too easy. We need to play with more width and move the ball, it’s not rocket science. Even if it’s just for a hit up, either throw a long pass from dummy half, or two shorter passes. Hit the edges and guess what, all of a sudden you’ll get off loads, quick play the balls and sap the oppositions halves energy. Instead we play short and narrow and get monstered in the middle. You know what's going to happen don't you, the Dragons "rooky half" on debut will have an absolute blinder...

What’s that got to do with having an attacking structure to play with? We've re-signed almost every we want to keep already. I think Elliott is the only other major one. Then guys like Harper and Tass who're "potential" and depth players.
"Make them caretaker for 2020 and that way the players are playing for their future as well." The only player that's relevant atm playing for his future is Elliott. What’s that got to do with having an attacking structure to play with?
There is zero positives in watching us play under Pay this season.
Gotcha. Don’t we have 12 spots for next season?"Make them caretaker for 2020 and that way the players are playing for their future as well." The only player that's relevant atm playing for his future is Elliott.
Maybe he signed elsewhere and thats why he hasn't been picked?View attachment 15100
It depends on how many of these players we re-sign. I thought Wakeham re-signed apparently not.
Yes, currently.Gotcha. Don’t we have 12 spots for next season?
Wakeham has re-signed. ZT is not up to date. 12 spots remain as of today. NRL have not yet advised whether we are required to replace the two de-registered.View attachment 15100

I am sure he resigned with the club for two more years.Maybe he signed elsewhere and thats why he hasn't been picked?
Is it official from the club? They would of announced it on their website right? That's what they do for every other player (e.g. JMK, C. Smith, Lewis to name a few). I heard we were meant to re-sign him last year or early this year but we didn't as well. I just had a quick look at some of the reports and it stated we would announce at the end of last week.Wakeham has re-signed. ZT is not up to date. 12 spots remain as of today. I’m hoping he’s playing this weekend instead of that imposter LewisMaybe he signed elsewhere and thats why he hasn't been picked?
